Hello, I’m Kathryn (AKA Kat), a late diagnosed ‘AUDHDer’. I live in the north east of the UK with my partner, son and my cocker spaniel puppy assistant Monty (pictured).
Why should we work together?
I am that magic mix of creative and ‘techy’ and love keeping things organised but coming up with ideas too.
I understand your challenges that come with executive dysfunction, managing various energy levels and the ‘analysis paralysis’ because I’ve got lived experience of neurodivergent challenges and over the years have found solutions that work.
