Who am I?
Hello, I’m Kathryn (AKA Kat), a late diagnosed ‘AUDHDer’. I live in the north east of the UK with my partner, son and our cocker puppy Monty.
Why should we work together?
I thrive on problem solving and creativity but I also love structure and processes - go figure!
I understand your executive functioning struggles, managing various energy levels and the ‘analysis paralysis’ because I’ve got lived experience of neurodivergent challenges. I get how difficult the day to day running of your business can be and I understand the need for flexibility.

My background in the creative industry

I spent 10+ years as a digital illustrator/designer before I made the leap into becoming a virtual assistant in 2024.
